If you wish your presentation to be considered for the Walter Fitch Prize (eligibility criteria) please complete the following document and submit it on this website, or fax it to Susan Wright on +64 6 350 5626. Following receipt of both your abstract and this completed form, your talk will be considered for presentation at the Walter Fitch Symposium. You will be advised by mid-April of the outcome of your application.

Please confirm your eligibility for participation in the Walter Fitch Symposium by completing the section below, indicating which statements are valid for your submission:

	A presenter who is eligible for and who wishes to be considered for the Fitch Prize, must be a member of the SMBE being either a current graduate students or postdoctoral researchers receiving their primary doctoral-level degree no earlier than one year before the first day of the month of an annual meeting
	The presenter is an undergraduate student, and this person did the majority of the research for this presentation
	The presenter is a graduate student, and this person did the majority of the research for this presentation
	The presenter is postdoctoral fellow, and this person did the majority of the research for this presentation
