Registration cost includes attendance at all sessions, conference proceedings booklet, conference catering, attendance at the conference dinner and cocktail party and a conference satchel. Those registering as accompanying persons will not be entitled to attend sessions, will not receive a conference proceedings booklet nor will they receive a conference satchel.

Payment of Fees

Payment of fees must be remitted with the registration form. Payments can be made by cheque or via credit card. For foreign participants, credit card payment is preferable. All cheques should be made payable to "Massey University".

Registration and acceptance of abstracts will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation can be notified in writing to the Secretary. Cancellation fee:

Before 15 March 2005	Processing fee of USD100.00
16 March - 1 June 2005	50% refund of fees paid
After 1 June 2005	No refunds
