A scientific trade exhibition will be held during MBE 2005. Companies and suppliers of material and equipment of relevance to attendees are invited to display their products and technologies. This exhibition is deemed to be a vital aspect of the conference.
The exhibition space will be reserved on a first come-first served basis. Booths are of dimensions 2.4m x 1m in the Convention Centre foyer. All breaks will be taken in the region of the exhibitor trade area - there will be daily morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas. Further information on exhibition space can be found in the Request for Exhibition Space document. To register your interest to book exhibition space please contact Susan Wright to discuss space availability and to receive a plan of the booth layout. Assignment of booths will be on a first come-first served basis, with single or multiple booths available.
When your exhibition booth is allocated you you will be advised of the cost. The Exhibitor Registration Form should then be completed and accompany payment, to be received within 14 days of enquiry. Payment should be made in the name of "Massey University".
A single exhibition space selected from the plan (to be provided) will be provided with rear and side dividing panels, a trestle table and a chair.
